Ignite is excited to now offer dance fitness classes! We have several classes to choose from that use dance to increase your fitness level and provide a fun workout that you’ll never want to miss! All of our classes are an hour long and all levels are welcome! No dance experience necessary!

PIYO: Beachbody’s PIYO combines the muscle-sculpting and firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga.  Together you’ll receive an amped up fat-burning, low impact workout that’s sure to give you results.

Mondays @ 3:45pm

POUND: Using lightly weighted drumsticks, specifically designed for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Tuesdays @ 8:00pm

Cardio Hip Hop: Ever dream of being a background dancer for your favorite artist? Well now you can with our cardio hip hop class! Similar to Zumba, our instructor combines hip hop moves to fresh beats that leave you feeling hyped and will definitely have you working up a sweat. This cardio based workout is easy to follow along and tons of fun!

Ballet Barre: This low impact class is perfect for anyone who enjoys the discipline and structure of ballet.  Using the traditional barre exercises from a ballet class as inspiration, this class is designed to tone, lift, tighten and firm all at once! With some yoga elements combined this class is designed to increase strength and flexibility.
